Louis XIV flintlock pommel pistol. Flat-body flintlock lock signed "CONDAMIN" and swan-neck hammer. Round barrel with firing band and front sight. Carved walnut stock, chased brass fittings. Finely openwork counterplate decorated with foliage and an antique-style portrait of a soldier, which will also appear on the thumbpiece. Cap decorated with a grotesque, then long ears. Orange peel, restoration to shank. Total length: 41 cm Bonne mécanique ? France, made in Saint-Etienne, Louis XIV period. Category D weapon.
