Adam without Eve Imprimatur Editions, 1983 Portfolio of ten silver gelatin prints depicting male nudes, each mounted on a mat, signed and numbered in pencil in the lower right corner, stamped with the photographer’s mark, countersigned and numbered on the reverse. Edition of 100 copies + 10 artist’s proofs. This copy is numbered 26/100, signed by the artist on the print’s certificate page, with a dedication to Lucien Clergue: “To my good friend Lucien, who taught us all the true meaning of the nude in photography. You leave many loving friends here in Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA. May God be always with you!!!" Presented in a cardboard slipcase covered in burgundy cloth with a titled and gilded inscription.
