The first, printed in red (8 x 6 cm), is mounted at the end of the poem, signed and dated 2014 by the photographer. The second, printed in black and white, is accordion-folded (17.5 x 160 cm) and mounted on the bottom of the publisher's laminated pewter slipcase.
