Female statuette depicted standing on a small circular terrace, arms clasped to the body, digitized hands placed on either side of the prominent belly and navel, decorated with solar scarification marks. Short, strong legs. Finely sculpted crest hairstyle. Numerous keloidal scarifications on the back.
Wood with red patina. Cast on the right foot and stomach.
Ivory Coast, Baule ethnic group.
